In the beautiful villages of Rethymno — Mélambes, Fourfouras and Meronas — high up where the mountain meets the sky, Iliana Malíhin has been reviving forgotten vineyards since 2019. Stone, vine and heroic viticulture: a place that speaks for itself through the glass.

The Wines
From luminous white to deep red
The winemaking is minimal-intervention. Native yeasts, no additives, no filtration, very little sulphur: wines that hold all of Crete inside them.
